In reference to the pigeons owned by ____________________.

Date _______________

To Whom it May Concern,

Domestic pigeons are well suited for airline travel. The temperature tolerance for a healthy domestic pigeon is from 0F to 95 F. In cold weather although, I recommend that pigeons be kept sheltered from the wind, and during warm weather, they are sheltered from the sun. Pigeons should be shipped in a strong, crush-proof container that is well ventilated. For matters of definition, a domestic pigeon is a pigeon of the show, racing, or utility variety.

Sincerely.
Kevin A. Zollars DVM
